Description

Y-- The Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) intends to award a contract to construct a new latrine building and all associated utilities for Ranges 1 and 2 on Fort A.P. Hill, VA, as stipulated in the solicitation (W91QV1-05-B-0003), and as sho wn on applicable drawings and specifications which will be available on CD-ROM. The CD-ROM will be available upon request to the below listed Contract Specialist. The solicitation will be issued on or about 21 March 2005. Upon release to the public the s olicitation shall be available via the internet, on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website. Bidders are responsible for routinely checking the website for possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. No individual notification of any amen dment will be provided. Bid closeing is anticipated for COB 20 April 2005. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5M. Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. This requirement is being set-aside 100% for small business concerns, only. The estimated cost range is $100,000 to $250,000.
