- Description
- USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to create the microfluidic architecture and internal chemistry that can manipulate anionic species in water for appropriate separations on the sensor chip and controlled movement toward molecular beacon detectors. The period of service will be no later than 31 December 2005. This is a sole source to the Colorado State University based on their expertise and unique capabilities and will result in a firm fixed-price purcha se order using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Request for W9132T-05-T-00532 will be issued on or about 28 February 2005 with a closing date of 9 March 2005.
