Description

Furnish plant, equipment, labor, and all things necessary to remove and dispose of obstruction, 70' wooden shrimp boat, from the Gulf County Canal of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway, Port St. Joe Florida. It is anticipated that a fixed-priced contrac t will be awarded based on best value procedures. Source selection criteria will be included in the solicitation. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 488330. The solicitation wil be issued as a direct download at the following website:http:/ /sam.usace.army.mil and will be available for download on 2/14/05. The solicitation will not be provided in printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best int erest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation. Actual solicitation amendments will be issued either by posting for download to the website or fax. Interested offero rs, include subcontractors and Dodge/Plan Rooms, are required to self-register their firm or office at the aforementined website.
