Description

Solicitation No. W81XWH-05-T-0263 will be issued on or about 16 February 2005 and proposals will be due on or about 23 February 2005 @ 3:30 PM EST. The Government requirement is to provide preventive/remedial maintenance on a wide range of refrigera tion equipment in the Pilot Bioproduction Facility (PBF) located in Bldgs. 501 and 508 at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Silver Springs, MD. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811412 with a size standard of $6,000,000 million in average annual receipts. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued by this contracting office. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, all contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Reg istration (CCR) database. Proposals will be evaluated on a Commercial Firm Fixed Price and any resulting contract will be iss ued as a Firm Fixed Price Award to include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
