Description

NSN: 1015-01-441-3113 (P/N 11580241); NSN: 1015 01 292 0966 (P/N 12576922); NSN: 1015-01-441-3112 (P/N 11580242). The items being procured on this solicitation are a Staff Section, Clean (Stave Intermediate); Staff, Cleaning, (Cleaning Rod); Staff Se ction, Clean, (Stave End). Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with three pricing periods. The guaranteed minimum quantities ar e as follows: 200 each P/N 11580241; 200 each P/N 12576922; 120 each P/N 11580242. Descriptions: (1) Staff Section, Clean (Stave End) (P/N 11580241) The Stave End for the M252 Mortar has six parts in the assembly that are machined from an aluminum allo y 6061-6T bar or tubing. Knurling is required, rivets installed and an anodic film, chromic acid, class 2, dye applied to some of the parts the item is approximate 17.08 inches long x 1.375 outside diameter. (2) Staff, Cleaning (Cleaning Rod), (P/N 12576 922) Cleaning rod for the 120mm Mortar consists of three tube assemblies held together with helical springs, bolts, rivets and machined from .13-.28c plain carbon steel. The approximate total length is 88 inches x 1.0 inch in diameter. Finish is a mangan ese phosphate base and supplementary treatment with lubricating oil. (3) Staff Section, Clean (Stave End), (P/N 11580242) The Stave end is for the M252 Mortar. The six parts in this assembly are machined from an aluminum alloy 6061-T6 bar or tubing. Knu rling is required, rivets installed and an anodic film, chromic acid, class 2, dye applied to some of the parts. The item is approximate 18.5 inches long x 1.375 outside diameter. Estimated Issue Date November 8, 2004. This solicitation will be issued el ectronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the Internet.
