Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addition information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4424-05-R-0003 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-23. (iv) There is no set-aside for this solicitation and the NAICS code is 522998. (v) Contract line items will consist of Cleaning of JP-8 Tank Park Facility and MOGAS/Diesel Service Station, See attached bid schedule. (vi) The contractor shall provide all supervision, management and labor, equipment and supplies, tools, and transportation necessary to provide closure of Tank Facility and applicable supply lines; provide cleaning of Tanks and proper disposal of accumulated oil sludges. (vii) See Delivery schedule for performance periods. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. See Addenda. (ix) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies. Proposal will be evaluated price and technically acceptable. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items and any addenda the clause applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies to the award document. (xvi) All offers are due no later than 1600 hours, 03 Mar 2005, Rhein Main Air Base, Bldg 153. (xvii) Please contact SSgt Kelli Wright, 069 699 8081 regarding this solicitation.
