PRON: AX5C0219AX, NSN: 1560-00-882-6551, PN: 114S5551-211 QUANTITY: Min: 168 each/Max: 504; Base Year Plus 2 100% Options Contract, applicable to the CH-47, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The government reserves the right to exercise any option unilaterally. Each option may be exercised one or more times duri ng the option exercise period up to a total option quantity solicited. This requirement is a Small Business Set-A-Side which is set-a-side for small businesses only. Only Small businesses are allowed to make bid on this requirement and certified as a smal l business. The Government has right to the technical data, the data package is complete and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead-time is 168 each, 504 DACA and 168 each thereafter. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 23 and 26
