Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT Is Interested in Leasing Requirement: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing office space consisting of approximately 12,600 square feet of rentable space in the Huntington/Melville, New York area. Rentable space must yield 10,940 to 11,500 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet. Delineated Area: Space is to be located within the area bounded by 23rd Street North of Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike) on the North, New York Avenue on the East, Baylis Road on the South, and Sweet Hollow Road into Walt Whitman Road on the West. Term: Lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Expressions of Interests should include: 1. Building name and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Method of Measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable Owners and Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property Authorized must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting Agents: permission to make a general offering of the space.
