Description
This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation under solicitation number M6220405Q5026. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 dated 19 January 2005 and DFARS Change Notice DCN #20050207. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333923 and small business size standard is 500. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and the government intends to only make one award. The purpose of this solicitation is for a service contract to install and purchase an overhead crane which will be located at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Yermo Annex, Bldg! 573, Barstow CA 92311-5015. The line items and estimated quantities are as follows; CLIN 0001- Crane, 3 Ton, Under-Running Single Girder, with 25 ft. 6 in. span, CMAA Class C, power supply of 460/3/60, and operated by radio with independent traveling pendant backup, qty 1. CLIN 0002- Runway Electrification (ESI FS 90A, 3-Cond, 100 ft), qty 1. CLIN 0003- Runway Beams and end stops, qty 1, CLIN 0004- Installation. FOB site: Destination. The following provisions/clauses and apply to this procurement-FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Proposals will be evaluated based on the past performance and price. The contractor shall submit two references as past performance, to include company name, contract number, phone number, point of contact, and other relevant information. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, an offeror shall complete only paragraph! (j) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or information, or rejects the terms and conditions of this solicitation, may be excluded from consideration. Offerors must be registered in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration) database. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award. As a condition of contract award, the Contractor agrees to implement the Department of Defense web-based software application, called Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). This application allows DOD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance documents electronically.
