Description

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) will solicit proposals for Property Management Services at the NCUA headquarters facility located in Alexandria, VA. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award thru 12/31/2005, with four (4) one year option periods. Solicitation will be available o/a 03/01/2005 eith due date of 04/01/2005. An onsite pre-proposal conference will be held 10:00 AM on 03/17/2004, at 1775 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA. All responsible sources will be considered.
