Description
RE050260030000 SP0406-05-R-1606 9150-01-477-3802 Description: Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-R-1606, RE050260030000, consists of (1) NSN 9150-01-477-3802, Lubricating Oil, Aircraft Turboshaft Engine, Synthetic. In accordance with Part Number Castrol 5050, Castrol Industrial North America Inc, Cage 98308. In accordance with Part Number Exxon Turbo Oil 2380, Exxon Chemicals Americas, Cage 72190. In accordance with Part Number Mobil Jet II or Part Number Mobil 291, Mobil Chemical Co, Cage 77988. . FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 196 applies. Requested delivery is 42 days ARO. This is a commercial item. The request for proposal is as Unrestricted. It will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract, with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 7,500(base year), 6,000(option years). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 1,500 for the base year only. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SRG) Richmond, VA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Surge and Sustainment are not required. The solicitation will contain Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Provision clause. The solicitation will issue on – March 31, 2005 – with a closing date of April 29, 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at: http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
