Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-05-T-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20050113. Elmendorf AFB requires Arc Flash Protective Clothing IAW the following specifications. 1-BIB OVERALL UNLINED, Include reflective safety striping and Electrical Arc Flash Rating of 11.1 ATPV/Cal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 2-BIB OVERALL LINED, Arctic, Include reflective safety striping and Electrical Arc Flash Rating of 32.2 ATPV/Cal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 3-JACKET LINED, Arctic, Include reflective safety striping and Electrical Arc Flash Rating of 35.1 ATPV/Cal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 4-JACKET UNLINED, Electrical Hazard Rating- 11.1 ATPV/Cal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 5-ARC FLASH RAIN JACKET, Qty 54. 6-ARC FLASH RAIN BIB, Qty 54. 7-HOOD STORAGE BAG, 40 Cal, Qty 4. 8-ARC FLASH Gear STORAGE BAG, Qty 54. The contractor shall furnish the supplies and quantities and deliver them to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska FOB Destination.
