Description

This is a sole source requirement for the establishment of a requirements contract for the purpose of repairing two national stock numbers. The national stock numbers are NSN: 7025-01-492-4335SO, P/N: 65000-02, Noun: Data Transfer System, which is applicable to various SOF aircraft and the BEQ is 20 each per year; and NSN: 7025-01-481-2153BZ, P/N: 60000-02, Noun: Data Transfer Unit, which is applicable to various SOF aircraft and the BEQ is 8 each per year. The requirements contract will have a basic performance period of one year plus four annual options. Destination: Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Delivery: 30 days after receipt of order or reparable, whichever is later. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued to Cage Code: 0BAW0, Demo Systems Inc, 379 Science Drive, Moorpark, CA. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
