Description

BEST VALUE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT for Project DPEZ032002, Repair/Construct Corrosion Control Building 35, Wyoming Air National Guard Base, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Work will be performed in accordance with plans and technical specifications. This project is being solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237999 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $28.5M of average annual receipts for the past 3 years. Award will be unrestricted and is being made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (ref. FAR 19.1007(a)(2)). Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns in accordance with FAR 52.219-4, is applicable. Project Magnitude is between $1M and $ 5M. The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. All amendments, site visit minutes and questions will be posted on the web. There is no charge for the plans and specifications, which will be available at the following Internet site http://ww w.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp Source Selection procedures will be used to evaluate offers. Evaluation factors include Price and Past Performance. New procedures have been implemented for National Guard Bureau solicitations that will require that all potential offerors, plan rooms, and printing companies register in CCR (www.ccr.gov) and the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) in order to view or download the plans or drawings from the web site or obtain CDs of the plans or drawings. These new procedures will be in place approxim ately the end of June 2004 and will apply to this solicitation.
