- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) site located at http://neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract on an FFP basis to Kollmorgen Corporation, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 01060-2390. The requirement is for the fabrication, assembly, and test of the AN/BVS-1 VA Class Photonics Mast System in support of the Photonics Mast Program (PMP). The PMP System is an electro-optical replacement for conventional periscopes. The requirement will contain four production quantities to support the FY05 - FY08 Virginia Class platforms.
