Description

Adds http://www.eps.gov as RFP posted website. Request for Proposal for the operation of the Clearfield JCC located in Clearfield, Utah will be available approximately June 29, 2004 on Job Corps’ website http://www.doleta.gov/jobcorps/ and/or http://www.eps.gov. The Government Authorized Representative for this contract is Mr. Stephen Fuller. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive fee for a 2 year base period of April 1, 2005 through March 31, 2007 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 1320 residential – 990 males; 330 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at the Clearfield JCC, 20 W. 1700 South, Clearfield, Utah 84016 with a tour of the center afterwards. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Friday, September 1, 2004 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-JUL-2004).
