Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, 2 each Wiggins reel hose assembly (P/N – 801568) for Wiggins forklift model W156Y or equal. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) F3PLF50040100. This procurement is being issued as100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17 and DFARS Change Notice 2003-1001. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 332999 , Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to: JERRY WEST 4600 RANDOLPH BLVD BLDG 1010W KIRTLAND AFB NM 87117-6008. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their quote. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds-Central Contractor Registration.
