Description

The Statement of Work for W911N2-05-T-0087 is hereby amended to incorporate the following: If any of the below listed components of an engine assembly are deemed to be not repairable the Government will do one of the following two options: Provide additional funds to the vendor to replace the defectivepart. Or Determine that the complete engine assembly shall be washed out based on the vendors suggestion, at which point the Government will pay the vendor for the hours expended to determine tha the engine assembly is not serviceable and the contract quantity will be reduced. These conditions are based on a case by case basis and is not intended to be a blanket agreement. The Government will reserve the right to have the defective part returned to Letterkenny Army Depot.
