Description: This project includes the necessary services, labor, material, equipment and control components required to provide, install, test and make operable a facility for receiving and shipping freight pallets from seavans and commercial carriers which arrive at the receiving doors of Building 1900 at Defense Depo Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
