Description: The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to award a purchase order to National Highway Institute (NHI) to support the National Transportation Training Director?s (NTTD) Conference. The FHWA plans to award a purchase order to NHI to provide complete coordination and facilitation of the conference. Due to their experience and expertise with planning and coordinating the conference it is imperative that FHWA contract with NHI. No other known source possesses the knowledge required to successfully provide this service. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about March 3, 2005.
