Description

NSN: 1005-01-214-8884, Part Number: 9348202. The item to be procured is the Cartridge Receiver for use on the M249 SAW. This is a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 1,000 each. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 3 Mar 2005. This solicitation is restricted to FN Manufacturing Inc., P.O. Box 24257, Columbia, South Carolina 29223, Colt's Manufacturing Company, P.O. Box 1868, Hartford, CT 06144, and General Dynamics Armament a nd Technical Products (GDATP), 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington, VT 05401. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tdpdist@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information: CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet. This solicitation will be issued electron ically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
