Description

It is the Government's intent to award on a Firm-Fixed Price basis a Five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a base year with four one-year ordering periods for the purpose of repairing a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of twenty-five(25)Altimeter, Pressure, NSN: 6610-01-091-3702, P/N: 10450-31327, S/N:135132 for the Government of United Arab Emirates. Authority cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 1 0 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled - Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will be sole source to Aerosonic Corporation, 2605 S Custer St., Witchita, KS 67217-1323. When calling be prepared to state name, address and solicitation number.
