Description

The Government intends to solicit on a SOLE SOURCE basis under Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W15P7T-05-R-L412 an estimated 3,000 to 5,000 each High Gain Antennas, NSN: 5985-01-449-3240 and an estimated 6,000 to 10,000 each Lightweight Antennas, NSN: 5985-01-463-6558. Both items are part of the AN/PSC-5. This SOLE SOURCE acquisition will be in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) to Trivec-Avant Corporation in Huntington Beach, CA. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The award will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. See numbered note 22.
