The purpose of this amendment is to change the closing date of the Sources Sought Synopsis, change the date of the Industry Day Conference and submission date for the Technical Capabilities as indicated below: (1). Change the closing date of this Sources Sought Synopsis from 18 February 2005 to 04 March 2005. (2). Change Industry Day Conference from 1 - 3 March 2005 to 15 - 17 March 2005. (3). Change the submission date for the Technical Capabilities from 18 February 2005 to 04 March 2005. (4).
