Reference Solicitation SP0600-05-R-0031. Due to the recent conversion of all Army "D" diesel grades (DL2, DL1, DLS, DLW, DF2 and DF1) to corresponding standard commercial diesel grades (LS2, LS1, LSS, LSW, HS2 and HS1 respectively), significant changes have been made to the item counts/quantities for each product grade affected.
