Description: The Batesville Job Corps Center is receiving bids for the Elastomeric coating/repairs of the metal roof for building#7 (warehouse). Vendors are requested to schedule a walk-through by contacting the Purchasing Specialist at the Batesville Job Corps Center with twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the walk-through. The work involves repairing the metal roof on the warehouse - building #7 (12,000 GSF) and install a elastomeric coating. Inspect, clean and repair existing roof and drainage system. Remove and replace all damage flashing and counterflashing. Install aluminum gutters and downspouts to repace the existing gutters and downspouts.
