Description

Work includes providing any civil structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical investigative work of existing systems necessary to insure the accuracy of your design.design & construction services required to replace all elevator components that are subject to wear and have an expected service life of less than 50 years. Designs shall be in compliance with current versions of the VA Design Criteria, the National Electric Code, and ANSI A.17. The functionality of existing elevators shall be matched, updated, or extended in new elevator installations. Prepare any measured drawings of existing systems or facility required to insure the accuracy of your design. NAICS codes: 541310/541330. Announcement is for A-E services, ONLY. A-E firms meeting requirements are required to submit 2 copies of: (1) a Standard Form (SF) 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, Parts I and II, and (2) any requested supplemental data to the Contracting Officer NLT 3:00 PM (EST), 3/24/05. A-E projects are encouraged to electronically submit SF 330 Part II, General Qualifications, to http://www.bpn.gov/orca/login.aspx, and to update at least annually. Firms with a SF 330 Part II on file in this central Federal database do not need to submit a Part II for this acquisition unless directed by the announcement. In accordance with Sub Part 19.1007, Small Buisness Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement is unrestricted. EST construction cost: Between $500,000 and $1 million.
