Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Mid-Atlantic Health Care Network (VISN6) is seeking a potential source to provide Telephone Billing Audit Services for eight 8-medical centers within VISN6. The eight 8-medical centers located within VISN6 are as follows: VAMC Asheville, Asheville, North Carolina; VAMC Beckley, Beckley, West Virginia; VAMC Durham, Durham, North Carolina; VAMC Fayetteville, Fayetteville, North Carolina; VAMC Hampton, Hampton, Virginia; VAMC Richmond, Richmond, Virginia; VAMC Salem, Salem, Virginia; and VAMC Salisbury, Salisbury, North Carolina. Audit services shall include analyzing past billings for possible refunds of State and local imbedded sales tax and improperly applied rates. Interested parties should be advised that payment for services will be based on an agreed upon fee percentage of refunds sought and received. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541211 and Size Standard is $7,000,000. This is a sources sought notice only. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size, if services are on a FSS, firms experience in providing Telephone Billing Audit Services and any other pertinent information which demonstrates firms ability to meet the above requirement.
