- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this synopsis shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F5550150380100. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 442210 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The government intends to issue an order for Carpet and Tile Installation in Bldg 127, 6025 E. Zapper Avenue, Davis Mothan AZ 85707. These are the items that we are requesting quotations for; 1. Carpet-Shaw-Scholar II Unitary-Color 144520 intellect, Installed glue direct, with Demo Furniture moving-all furniture to install new carpet and replace furniture after install of new carpet. 2. Furniture moving all furniture to install new carpet and replace furniture after install of new carpet. 3. Ceramic Tile-Dal Tile Ridgeview 12x12, Color Blue/Grey RD06, Installed with demo of existing VCT. 4. Cove Base-Roppe 700 Series Cove Base, 4in with toe, Color: P148 Steel Grey, Installed with demo existing to include all transitions strips in the job. ?Or Equals? are Acceptable.
