This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4830-05-Q-0026 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26 & 27. The solicitation is issued unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334220. The small business size is 750 employees. Request a quote on the following item(s) and quantity(s): Line Item 0001: GPS Repeater Kits; GPS Source P/N GPSRKL 12-P110/5-NF-GPS Repeater or Equal. Quantity-11 Each. Line Item 0002: 150 feet Cable; GPS Source or Equal; Quantity-11 Each. Line Item 0003: Antenna with mount; GPS Source P/N RG213 or Equal; Quantity-11 Each. DELIVERY: Delivery is required within 30 calendar days after receipt of order and shall be delivered to 41 RQS, 7196A Savannah Street, Moody AFB GA 31699. The following addenda is provided to this provision: The Request for Quotation should be submitted and shall contain the following information: SOLICITATION NUMBER; TIME SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFER; NAME; ADDRESS; TELEPHONE NUMBER OF OFFEROR; TERMS OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY; PRICE, and ANY DISCOUNT TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ALL SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS.
