Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for training of a commercial service. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This request for quotation (RFQ) number is W912CZ-05-T-0025. (iii) This RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-18. (iv) The applicable NAICS is 336413 (v) This RFQ contains three line items: Item 0001: Multi- Stage Hydraulic Tripod Jacks, 3 each, 5 ton capacity. Hand pump with built-in pressure relief valve, threaded rams with improved hand wheel style safety nut, quick rising center extension, easy access filler/breather cap, heavy duty wheels, hydraulic flui d: MIL-H-5606, ? inch spherical radius cup jack pad. We are looking for the following specifications, close variances will be evaluated: Hydraulic Extension 22 inches, closed height 17 inches, mechanical extension 7 inches, fully extended 46 inches and w eight of not more than 110 pounds. Item 0002: Telescoping Hydraulic Axle Jacks, 2 each, 5 ton capacity. Hand pump with built-in pressure relief valve, easy access filler/breather cap that can be filled to avoid spills, heavy-duty wheels, self-contained hydraulic pump reservoir. We are lo oking for the following specifications, close variances will be evaluated: Hydraulic Extension 8.5 inches, closed height 5.5 inches, maximum height 17.375 inches, length 12.75 inches, width 3 inches and weight of not more than 35 pounds. Item 0003: Hydraulic Power Cart, 1 each, 10 gpm, 3000 psi, 208V/60HZ/3PH. Requires dual coupling system that would work on UH-60A and UH-60L helicopters. Request Desert Sand in color. Hydraulic fluid will be: MIL-PRF-83282. Hourmeter on 60HZ and Py rometer are also required. 30 gallons stainless steel reservoir with desiccant air filtration canister. Minimum 15 foot hoses, ? inch pressure hoses and ? inch return hoses. Minimum 50 foot power cord. Pressure filter of 2 micron absolute and 5 micron absolute return filter. Easy access fluid sampling capability. All pricing should include shipping to Ft. Wainwright, AK 99703. (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (viii) Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors technical acceptable, price and delivery time. Th e contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (ix) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (x) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
