Description

Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth is seeking sources capable of providing shop drawings and Theater Seating for a 2000 Seat Auditorium for the on-going construction of the Lewis and Clark building. An IFB / SOW will be issued pursuant t o this notice and will be found at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 2 Mar 05. This will be a firm fixed-price requirements type contract for the Lewis and Clark Auditorium. Base year will cover shop drawings and Theater Seating with a period of perf ormance from date of award until 30 Sep 05. Two option periods shall be included for Theater Seating only and shall cover the periods from 1 Oct 05 to 30 Sep 06 and 1 Oct 06 to 30 Sep 07 respectively. A requirements contract shall be used due to the unsp ecified delivery dates for the materials. Delivery orders for materials shall be issued 120 days prior to required delivery dates. All responses will be considered. If contractor has a GSA schedule contract, provide contract number. Responses shall inc lude company name, address, POC, phone number, fax number, email address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number and CAGE Code. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/cc r. Synopsis is still active. Please disregard Solicitation posting and subsequent cancelation. Solicitation will be posted on or about 2 Mar 05 for this requirement.
