Description

Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and perform all work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement required for Medical Equipment Maintenance. Solicitation W81K02-05-T-0043 applies. This is a firm fixed-price type contract. Cont ractor services include but are not limited to: equipment repairs, labor, test equipment, travel, and materials not government furnished necessary to keep the unit operational to manufacturers specifications; troubleshooting assistance as requested 24 hou rs a day; perform at a minimum one preventive maintenance service per year; provide and install all hardware and software updates; and update or provide new user manuals when changes are made. Contract period is for a base period of 6 months (01 Apr 2005 t hrough 30 September 2005) and four (4) one-year option periods thereafter. The proposed acquisition is an unrestricted, full and open competition. The NAICS code is 811219; the size standard is $6 million.
