- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to procure on a sole-source basis with AAI Corporation of Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030-0126. The procurement is for the following part numbers: Four (4) Advance Boresight Equipment (ABE) P/N 38403-40000-10 for the MH-60R aircraft. The ABE Adapter Sets are mounted at specific points on the aircraft, and are used in conjunction with the ABE Measurement Unit to obtain specific information in regards to the stations alignment with the aircraft centerline. The set consists of the following part numbers: EGI Adapter ? P/N 38403-40100-10, ESM Antenna Adapter ? P/N 38403-40120-10, ADL Adapter ? P/N 38403-40140-10, MMR Pedestal Adapter ? P/N 38403-40160-10,MMR Antenna Adapter ? P/N 38403-40180-10, Transit Case ? P/N 38403-90001-1, MH-60 Personality Module Key ? P/N 38403-40006-10. The above quantity of four (4) for the base year is in addition to the ten (10) over a period of four (4) option years. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The delivery for the above listed part number shall be 270 days after receipt of order (ARO). Delivery will be via best commercial practice. Please reference N68335-05-C-0166 in your quote. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure this item under the authority of 10USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
