Description

The Mississippi Development Authority, Mississippi Contract Procurement Center and the Mississippi Coast Chamber of Commerce are hosting "The Mississippi Governor's Business/Procurement Opportunities Conference and Trade Fair, 2005" from March 22-24, 2005 at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center, 2350 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS. The conference/fair is designed to promote partnerships between federal, state, local government and commercial buying offices and small businesses, particularly minority and woman-owned businesses. The conference/fair will provide up to date information on many of the latest federal and state acquisition reform initiatives as well as provide a forum to market and network with government agencies and industry leaders. Buying activities representing federal, state and local governments plus large prime and commercial contractors seeking suppliers will be in attendance. A business can save over a year in time and effort plus considerable expense to make contact with each of the agencies and contractors that will be represented at this conference/fair.
