Description
This is a solicitation for a commercial Weapons Training Course prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number M67004-05-Q-0035-Request For Quotation. This is a request for quotation issued by Marine Corps Logistics Command, Albany, GA, Contracts Dept Code 891-3. This solicitation document and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24, published Jun 18, 2004. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 423450, size standard 100 employees. CLIN 0001, Contract Type FFP, Quantity/Unit of Issue LUMP SUM, Unit/Extended Pricing Train 20 Marines and Sailors from CBIRF on weapons handling while wearing negative and positive pressure respirators and with Self Contained Breathing Apparatus wearing the level B suits. This training will be conducted for one week at Quantico VA. Trainer needs to be able to conduct this training from 11-15 April 2005. Trainer needs to be prepared to utilize a systematic approach to training. Providing progressive training to cover all requisite techniques tactics and procedures starting with no fire drills, static firing while conducting movement while in each and provide non-live fire instruction on convoy. Trainer needs to have significant experience training shooting skills while in PPE to include level B suits positive pressure respirators and and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus. Trainer needs to be prepared to conduct training specific to M4 Carbines & M16A2 service rifles with red dot optics. Experience conducting simulations training and CQB techniques. Trainer ! must provide resume , successful contractor must provide course outline prior to conducting course All live fire ranges and materials will be Government Furnished.
