Description for PR-NC-05-10166 The Environmental Protection Agency requires a contractor to provide services in the operation and management of all warehouses (receiving, delivery, excess, storage, etc), mailroom and supply store in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This requirement is a total small business set aside with a NAICS code of 561210 and size standard of $30 million in average annual receipts over the preceding three fiscal years. For information purposes this contract is a follow-on to contract number 68-D-01-072 Bob Holtz Services, Inc. EPA anticipates the award of one performance-based indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract with task orders in accordance with FAR Part 16.504. The minimum requirement is estimated to be 173,375 labor hours. The maximum contract ceiling is estimated to be 228,000 labor hours. The contract will consist of a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) additional twelve-month option periods. The total duration of the proposed contract is sixty (60) months. The anticipated issuance date of the RFP is approximately March 10, 2005. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after the RFP issuance date. No further synopsis will be issued. A pre-proposal conference /site visit will be held approximately ten days to two weeks after the issuance of the RFP. The announcement and details of the pre-proposal conference/site visit will be posted at the website referenced below. It will be your responsibility to frequently check the same site where the solicitation is posted for any amendments. See numbered note 1.
