Please fax your offers to 816 823 3109 before February 25, 2005. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Past Performance, Delivery, and Price. Past Performance will be based on information obtained by GSA?s Administrative Contracting Office in Chicago IL. Any offeror within the competitive range and has not previously performed work with GSA, (therefore does not have a performance history with GSA), will be given the opportunity to provide references that will verify their ability to perform. Past Performance and Delivery when combined are significantly more important than price. Where proposals are determined to be essentially equal the award will be made to the contractor submitting the lowest price.
