Description
PR-No.: IQC05045009162, NSN 5985-01-013-3527, Coupler, Directional. Critical Application Item I/A/W Drawing NR. 82577 926113. The only approved sources are (16798) Microwave Products, Inc. Part Number LL1150B, (82577) Raytheon Co. P/N 926113-3B and (96341) M/A-COM Inc. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the Procurement Agency. Alternate Offerors must pre-qualify via ESA/Raytheon, POC: Ronnie Rogers (System Engineer). The Offeror must submit a complete data package including an alternate part for evaluation. See Note 26. Quantity to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 15 each in 100 days ADO and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 5 each every 30 days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 1-9, 10-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-70. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. FOB Destination, Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Product Verification Testing applies. This clause can be invoked upon the Cognizant Contract Administration office and DD Form 254 required. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 3/3/2005. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base year, and two (2) 12-months option periods. The total duration shall not exceed 36-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
