Description

This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 50 ea plus a 100 percent option. FOB Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination, quality assurance provision QAP 001 applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 6695-00-256-7943, 111 day delivery. Specification of plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
