Description: RFQ FS-ORB-05-7071: Lewis Lake dam repair work will include earth work, channel construction, placement of rock rip rap, culverts and plumbing, cast in place concrete grout, placement of aggregate and grading. In addition, seeding and erosion control measures will be placed to meet applicable State and Federal environmental compliance laws and regulations. Work will consist of placing an emergency spillway at the Lewis Lake dam on the Wayne National Forest. Work will include rehabilitation of the emergency dam drain plumbing and placement of a new drain valve. Contractor will undertake all grading and work as listed and shown on the contract drawings, and will provide all materials, labor and incidentals to complete the job. This procurement is unrestricted.
