Description

The VA Medical Center, Togus, Maine has a requirement for Readjustment Counseling Services for the following counties in Maine: Androscoggin, Aroostook, Cumberland, Franklin, Hancock, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Sagadahoc, Somerset, Waldo, Washington and York. The geographical boundaries described herein will be determined by Readjustment Counseling Official. Offerors may submit a proposal on any one or combination of locations. An offeror submitting a proposal for all locations may not necessarily receive an award for all locations. Multiple contract awards may be made from this solicitation. The provider shall be physically located in or be able to provide services in said county. Proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Anticipated contract term is April 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005, with four (4) one-year option periods. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12.
