Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Business Oversight, Management Quality Assurance Service (MQAS) intents to lease approximately 9,500 sq ft of office space in Austin, TX. The location of proposed lease space must be within a five (5) mile radius of MQAS's current location of 1615 Woodward St, Austin, TX 78772. The anticipated occupancy date is June 30, 2005 or within ninety (90) days of contract award, whichever is sooner. The lease term shall be for five (5) years with five (5) one-year optional renewal periods. The solicitation will be issued 2/18/05, with proposals due by 4:00 pm, Monday, 3/21/05.
