- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 423450. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is one that is equal to or less than 500 employees. This Request for Quotation is being submitted as 100% set-aside for small businesses. This is a commercial purchase. Contractor?s quotes shall include pricing for the following line items; 0001- EKG Machine, Mac5000 System with Color Display, Trolley Mac System, and Mac5000 Clinical Training Kit Mfr: GE Medical Systems or equal QTY = 5. Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror who provides the best overall value to the government.
