The applicable NACIS code is 4423450. Synopsis issue date is approximately 18 Frb 05 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Solicitation issue date is approximately 22 Feb 05 and will be available on http://www.eps.gov. Proposals are due NLT 12:00pm on 25 Feb 05. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation and no split awards will be made. This is a Sole Source purchase no or equals will be accepted. The solicitation will be posted on http://www.eps.gov. Offers unable to access and download may contact the contract specialist for instructions.
