Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constit utes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is W912JB-05-T-2010 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in ef fect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2001-04 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-8, 20020129 Edition. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 2399 with small business standard of 500 employees or less. Description of commodity: Global War on Terrorism Service Medal set with presentation case Quantity 1,000 plus. Global war on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal Set with presentation case 5,000 plus. Qualifying offers will meet the stated specifications and be accompanied by completed provisions 52.212-3 and 252.225-7000 and provide three (3) customer references with business name, point of contact with telephone number. The Government will award a c ontract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror who offer conforms to this solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
