Description

The U.S. Army Research Development Engineering Command (RDECOM), Acquisition Center, Edgewood Area, intends to negotiate with Hamilton Associates doing business as Air Techniques International, (ATI), Owings Mills, MD, under the authority of 10 U.S. C., Section 2304(c)(1), for the purchase of 240 portable Protective Mask Leakage Tester systems (part number 9300156) in fiscal year (FY) 2005. The Protective Mask Leakage Tester system is a commercially developed product improvement of the TDA-99M. A fi rm-fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with four options years to purchase additional Protective Mask Leakage Tester systems each year will be awarded (FY 2006-330, FY 2007-329, FY 2008-118 and FY 2009 -108). First Art icle testing will be required. The total estimated quantity including the basic and all options is 1,125 Protective Mask Leakage Tester systems. No telephonic responses will be accepted.
