Description
The United States Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to procure the spare Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) for the AN/APR-39A(V)4, Radar Signal Detection Set (RSDS), NSN 5998-01-469-8969. The Government intends to award a sole so urce, five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Range quantities will be identified with a maximum quantity of 2800 CCAs. This contract will be issued to Northrop Grumman, San Jose, California on a sole so urce basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. See Numbered Note 22. The Government does not possess the drawings/specifications/acceptance test procedures necessary to build the required CCA. Items on the contract will be o rdered by individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will set forth requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions and the applicable price. Packaging and packing shall be in accordance with Military Standard AG00000601. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes only and shall not be considered a request for proposal. However, all responsible sources interested in participating in this procurement may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered Note 26. Additional information will be available through the Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) at https://abop.monmouth.army.mil, once the solicitation is posted on or about 7 Mar 2005.
