The current breaker must be crow bared into position. 3. Replace all cubicle safety interlock cam followers missing on each generator breaker. 4. Replace broken racking gear on generator #1 breaker. 5. Replace missing safety manual close interlock mechanism intended to prevent manual closing of a generator breaker when fully engaged into the cubicle. 6. Eliminate one turn shorted transformer action in cubicle, Original design of the cubicles created a one turn shorted transformer by placing one phase on one side of a conductive brace with the other two phases on the other side of the brace. Cubicles s teel become hot during operation by this arrangement and steel will buzz loudly. 7. Confirm that required ventilation opening in back of the generator breakers have been cut open. As found no opening is present, opening is required by GE breaker design. Original manufacturer error. 8. Replace all primary disconnects on the back of generator #3 breaker. As found during inspection this cubicle showed advanced evidence of being ready to flash over due to heat build up. 9. Replace generator #2 temperature meter cover that has become clouded such that the meter is no longer readable. Meter is YEW type AB 40. 10. Adjust all secondary disconnects to be close to center of cubicle connection block tracks. Will require adjustment of both breaker side and cubicle side disconnect assemblies. 11. Correct wheel issues with generator #1 cubicle. Mounting plate bolts damaged and loose. 12. Supply a spare Z drive breaker OEM style AKR50 with secondary disconnect and aux switch. 13. Supply a spare main generator circuit breaker AKR 100 OEM style with all required features. 14. Research need for generator cubicle position switches on main generators. As found cubicle position switches are present but not being used. 15. Remove UV tripping from propulsion drive circuit breakers and transform primary circuit breakers as directed by ship engineers.
