Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared by the National Park Service in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation No Q5430050006 is issued as a Request for Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price Order for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 444190 the size standard is 6.0 million dollars. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-05. The solicitation item is as follows: Location: Fort Sumter National Monument-a unit of the National Park Service, 1214 Middle Street, Sullivan's Island, SC 29482 Background/Purpose & Project Description: The potential supply/product(s) provider shall furnish and deliver via F.O.B (Destination) with in 30 calendar days Brand Name or Equal to Acrymax Water Sealer Products for Historic Presevation Rehabilitation Materials. Please Note: Acrymax Sealer has been used as the facility's main application for historic preservation and has been the standardized product for historic site preservation. Quantities are as follows; Line Item 1-Type: Acrymax AF-100 Concrete & Masonry Sealer --Color: Clear-- Quantity/Unit: 11 five gallon pails Line Item 2-Type: Acrymax HP-1000 Elastomeric Coating Color: Gray -- Quantity/Unit: 116 five gallon pails Line Item 3-Type: Acrymax HP-5000-- Description: Elasotmeric Coatings-- Color: Black-- Quantity/Unit: 93 five gallon pails Line Item 4-Type: Poly-3-- Size: 38" X 324'-- Description: Reinforcement Fabric-- Quantity/Unit: 14 rolls Line Item 5-Type: Poly-1 Stitch-bonded Fabric Size 18"w X 300' l -- Quantity/Unit: 8 rolls Line Item 6-Type: Poly-1 Stitch-bonded Fabric Size: 6" w X 300' l-- Quantity/Unit: 2 rolls The contractor must warrant this product for the minimum of 10 years. The contractor must replace without cost to the government if any part of this product fails due to manufacturing or material defects during the warranty period. F.O.B. Point: Destination-. EVALUATION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS: The Government will award to the responsible offeror based on lowest price. Contractors wishing to respond to this RFQ should provide this office with the following: A price quote on company letterhead for the requested items with addresses and phone number can be faxed to (404) 562-3256 to the attention of the referenced Contracting Officer to this solicitation. Also a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in the offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers.
